After downloading the app and providing your information, the Home Screen will display as "unverified." To obtain your verification code, please visit the membership office on your next visit to the Zoo. Remember to bring a Photo ID. If photos have not been taken yet of the listed adults on your membership, please have them taken when presenting your app for verification.

Once verified, this app will enable you to store your virtual membership card on your mobile device. It will feature a unique barcode that can be scanned at the Louisville Zoo for streamlined entry and purchases.

• The app conveniently sends reminders when it's time to renew.
• You can present your virtual card to activate discounts at gift shops, concessions, and select attractions.
• The app also displays your membership level, provides links to the zoo, shows all individuals covered on your membership, and presents your member ID.
